Each bar contains 30 grams of carbohydrates in a 2-to-1 ratio of simple and complex carbs. This makes the Fast Energy Bar particularly effective when you need a steady absorption of energy during longer endurance-based efforts. It also contains 40% almonds, making it naturally rich in magnesium, potassium, and calcium. 

Recommended usage: 

Eat 1-3 bars per hour during exercise. Usage depends on personal carbohydrate requirements and energy intensity.

Ingredients: 

Vanilla: ALMONDS (40%), sugar, oligofructose syrup, maltodextrin, dextrose, palatinose, SOYA protein isolate, flavouring.

Orange: ALMONDS (40%), sugar, oligofructose syrup, orange peels (minimum 5%), maltodextrin, dextrose, palatinose, SOYA protein isolate, orange flavouring.

Lemon: ALMONDS (40%), sugar, oligofructose syrup, lemon peels (minimum 5%), maltodextrin, dextrose, palatinose, SOYA protein isolate, lemon flavouring.
