Reserve & Collect
Simply place your order online and we will contact you to confirm when it's ready to collect, estimated availability is shown within the basket and checkout page. To avoid disappointment, please do not begin your journey to the store until we have confirmed your order is ready to collect. Your order will be held for 7 days before being re-stocked.
When you reserve a bike with Sigma Sports, we commit stock and, where required, dedicated workshop time to your order. Deposits secure your bike and allow us to plan preparation responsibly. They are never intended as a penalty. Any retained amount will always reflect costs genuinely incurred.
Boxed Bikes - Deposit: 15%
Fully refundable before parts are ordered and before workshop preparation begins.
If the build has commenced and cancellation occurs on or after the scheduled build date, an applicable restocking fee will be deducted from your deposit to cover committed preparation and supplier costs.
All retained amounts will reflect actual costs and will be explained upon cancellation.
Full Custom Builds - Deposit: 40%
A custom build is a fully bespoke bike, specified from the ground up with your choice of frameset, groupset, wheelset, and components—tailored precisely to your needs and riding preferences. Refundable in full before parts arrive or build work begins, bespoke items are non-refundable.
Once parts have been ordered or build work has commenced, an applicable restocking fee will be retained from your deposit, reflecting committed sourcing and workshop allocation. Any remaining balance of the deposit will be refunded. Due to the bespoke nature of custom builds, certain statutory cancellation rights may not apply once work has begun with your agreement.
Collection & Storage
When your bike is ready, we will notify you. If a fully prepared bike (with all parts allocated and not awaiting stock) is not collected within 30 days of notification, and no alternative arrangement has been agreed:
The order may be cancelled; we will always attempt contact before cancelling.
Your deposit will be refunded less any applicable preparation or supplier costs incurred in line with the above policy. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

- Step 3: Select 'Collect From One Of Our Stores' on the basket page
- Step 4: Create an account or sign in to your account
- Step 5: Select 'Collect in Store' and confirm your collection location
- Step 6: Checkout for your order and pay a 10% deposit
- Step 7: Receive confirmation your order is ready for collection
- Step 8: Collect and pay the remaining balance for your order in-store

RESERVE AND COLLECT FAQS
How will I know my order is ready?
We will contact you by phone or email to confirm a collection date. If you need your order the same day then please telephone the branch directly to check availability.
If you've placed an order for a bicycle, we aim to build and test ride your bike in the quickest time possible. During peak periods lead times on appointments may take a little longer. Please note that a bike order requires a 10% deposit before we build your bike. We will contact you for payment after you've placed your order.
What do I need to bring when I collect my order?
Present your order confirmation email on your smartphone or on the Sigma Sports app and a form of identification.
How do I cancel/amend my Reserve and Collect order?
You can cancel the order on the spot or exchange it for another item. If you have any queries about cancelling or amending your order, please contact your collection point directly.
How do I return my Reserve and Collect order?
Please return the item(s) back to the location that you collected from.
Good to know
If you don't collect your order within 7 days of it being available for collection, your order will be cancelled and the deposit refunded.
