Thanks to 30 grams of carbohydrates in a 2:1 carbs ratio, Amacx Recovery Shake tops up your glycogen stores quickly and makes absorption more efficient immediately after your training session or race. 

Meanwhile, with 20 grams of proteins per shake, you can be confident muscles will also be repaired quickly after bouts of intense exercise. The combination of both carbs and protein also works to stimulate the replenishment of your glycogen stores even more than if you were to consume a carbohydrate-rich product alone.

Use the Amacx Recovery Drink immediately after exercise for optimal recovery support

How to mix:

Mix 58 grams of powder (2 scoops) with 300-500ml of water. The amount of water determines how creamy or watery the shake is -  mix to your personal preference. 
With more water, you also replenish more fluid reserves immediately after exercise.
