Part of Cannondale's Synapse range, the Cannondale Synapse Aluminium Disc 105 Road Bike is a pedigree endurance machine. Borrowing from the designs of the higher models in the range, this machine targets long-range comfort and single-day escapes on the bike. Offering a high-quality composition and affording a strong, durable build for the rider wanting to invest in a real road riding machine upon which to push further and farther than ever before.
Built around a SmartFormed aluminium frame, this is an impressively light machine for something made of aluminium. Making use of Cannondale's SAVE system to engineer vertical deflection into the frame's composition, you're afforded a stiff yet also supple machine that gives you the ability to press onwards whilst also offering a comfortable ride. Designed with an asymmetric shaping in order to improve rigidity, you can be sure of transferring your power into an advantage on the road, whilst size-specific engineering assures you of a quality ride feel across the range of sizes.
Equipped with Shimano 105, the Japanese brands first serious road groupset, you are assured of smooth and crisp riding on the road. With gearing ranging from 11-32 on the rear whilst a compact chainset allows for a 50/34 toothing to assure you of the ability to get up that final hill at the end of your long day by bike. Making use of mechanical disc brakes for impressive all-weather stopping performance and power, you can be sure of scrubbing speed at a moment's notice, useful for gaining time in corners. Comfortable and making use of a Cannondale Stage Ergo saddle, this is a machine designed to carry you further. Shipped with Wellgo pedals, this bike is ready for simply riding away.

Built, Checked, Tuned and Tested
All our bikes are fully built, checked, tuned and tested by our Cytech qualified mechanics and then securely packaged, ready for delivery. All you have to do is add the pedals (if included), attach the handlebars to the stem and tighten them following the included detailed instructions or by watching our video and using the provided FREE tools. All bikes collected from our shop, are built, tested and ready to ride. For hassle-free home delivery and bike set-up from a qualified mechanic use our Premier Delivery Service.
Please note, occasionally, manufacturers may change the specification without notice. Bicycles do not come with pedals unless otherwise specified. Bikes ordered for delivery will not arrive with the pedals installed, please refer to the owners manual and pedal installation guides provided for guidance. We do not install accessories to bikes, including mudguards. Bikes ordered for delivery that have tubeless compatible tyres and rims will arrive with inner tubes installed or with tubeless valves installed, this will be brand dependent. Sealant is available to be purchased separately.
