What to expect on the day of your bike service
Please drop your bike off up to 3 days before your appointment, but no later than 10 am on the day. We kindly ask that your bike be brought to us in a clean state. If we have to clean your bike, an additional charge of £15 per bike will apply.
We do not offer a specific time slot to carry out the service on your bike. Should you wish to wait while you have your bike serviced, please provide us with as much notice as possible.
Good communication is crucial to us, so you will get a phone call from the mechanic at the shop to confirm prices with you before any new parts are fitted. We will not continue with any work until we have spoken to you first, so accurate contact details are essential.
There will be a £50.00 deposit taken by our workshop team to secure a workshop booking. This is non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled within 48 hours of the day of your workshop booking. This deposit will go towards your final bill and if your bill is lower than £50.00 you will be refunded the difference.
