The Huub Acara Womens Wetsuit is perfect for female triathletes of all abilities from amateur to pro level and will maximise your efficiency in the water and in transition for, ultimately, faster times.

The 3mm upper and lower body material thickness in this 3:3 buoyancy suit is ideal for female swimmers. In general, women have a less dense muscular structure and are therefore naturally more buoyant, so a thinner, lighter suit works best, sitting you at the optimum level in the water for a stable and more balanced feel. A lighter suit also increases flexibility for freedom of movement and makes the suit easier to put on and take off.

The Huub Bicep Release system was developed by Swim Smooth coaching and consists of flexible elbow panels to allow for natural expansion of the biceps. The result is dramatically reduced arm fatigue and improvements in bent elbow-catch and pull-through under the water. A similar system is featured in the calf area. Improved flexibility in the calf and Achilles increases movement for a more efficient kick and a reduced chance of cramping up.

The X-O skeleton offers added support to the spine and core of the swimmer, helping to maintain alignment through the water to decrease drag and increase efficiency. The breakaway zipper will improve your transition times, allowing one of the quickest exits with a one-pull release. It is also possible to zip this suit up without any assistance.

Comfort and freedom of movement are increased with unrivalled shoulder flexibility, and the neck line has a flexible, low cut structure to eliminate any chance of irritation.

Please note: When looking at the size chart, it is recommended that you first use the weight in kg for the most accurate body fit. Choose a size based on as close to the top end of each weight as you can get. Although important in the sizing decision, height is considered as the second choice after the weight.
