High5 Energy Drink with Protein 47g

High5's Energy Drink with Protein has been developed to provide all you need during and after exercise for both performance and recovery, with a 4:1 ratio of carbohydrates to protein. Each 47 gram sachet should be mixed with 500mls of water and around 150ml - 250ml should be ingested every 20 minutes of exercise.

Electrolytes and carbohydrates will keep you going during endurance training and ensure you stay well hydrated. The addition of protein promotes normal muscle repair and enhances muscle growth.
