Optimised for protection but also with an eye on weight saving and cooling ventilation, the POC Omne Lite Road Helmet is ready for regular training, hectic racing and days of adventures on the bike. The core of the Omne Lite is a shock-absorbing EPS foam, soaking up impact forces to the head should the worst happen. The polycarbonate outer shell has been pared back and applied only where it's needed most to protect against minor dings and maintain structure but removed where it's not necessary, maintaining protection but reducing weight. 

Ventilation comes via the large open front vents and a rear exhaust vent system. Front vents channel air inside to keep your head cool and the exhaust vents at the rear allow warm air to be ejected out, increasing comfort, particularly in warmer weather conditions. A lightweight  360° adjustment system makes it simple to get a secure and comfortable fit - a well-fitted helmet is a safer helmet after all.
