This remodelled Quarq SRAM Red 22 Quarq 11R-130BCD Road Power meter GXP takes the company's lightweight philosophy even more seriously by introducing its Exogram™ hollow carbon crank arms to further reduce weight. This is combined with the GXP bottom bracket to further save weight without compromising performance.

Quarq have eliminated this with the introduction of its 10K dynamic temperature compensation feature, which automatically adjusts to minimise drift thanks to the unit's ability to monitor and respond to atmospheric conditions.

SRAM have further protected the unit from weather extremes by waterproofing it to a standard of IXP7. Roughly translated, this means it can be submerged up to one metre in water for thirty minutes. A little over the top, but very reassuring.
