The SRAM Red Rear Derailleur 11 Speed Short Cage 28T completes the American manufacturer's top of the range mechanical groupset. Designed for the smoothest and most reliable shifting possible, this derailleur utilises SRAM's Exact Actuation technology for precise and efficient shifting.
Exact Actuation helps to simplify and stabilise the uneasy act of balancing rear derailleur hanger design, tight cog spacing, and exact cable tension. The result is the easiest index shifting system to set up and lasting smoothness.
SRAM have not cut any corners with the Red Rear Derailleur's construction either. A carbon and titanium blend between the main body and arm creates lightweight performance and longevity. The jockey wheels are kept spinning freely by the premium ceramic bearings and the titanium pinch bolt minimises weight whilst maximising strength. AeroGlide pulleys keep your gear changes smooth no matter how much power you are putting down.
The short cage length will fit cassettes up to 28-teeth in size.
