Made from 100% Montmorency cherries, which are rich in anthocyanins, flavonoids and melatonin, the gels are free from wheat, nuts, lactose, soya and shellfish as well as being suitable for vegans. Use of the gels before and/or after exercise promotes faster recovery, reduces inflammation and benefits sleep performance.
