Speed, comfort, precision and stunning looks, the Selle Italia Iron Flow is the Italian saddle producers foray into the triathlon market. The Iron name describes it’s Ironman credentials. It does not just look good; it is also designed specifically for efficiency, reducing muscle fatigue and energy. Featuring a Selle Italia Flow anatomical cut-out for comfort and a spoiler to keep the athlete in the perfect position when applying the power through the pedals.

With a design that is reminiscent of a speedboat, the Iron Flow is one fast saddle. A tapered nose minimises rubbing on the inside of the leg and so providing unhindered and fluid pedalling.

All of Selle Italia’s Flow range features a cleverly developed anatomical cut out, called the SuperFlow, which relieves pressure on the perineum and instead shifts the weight onto the ischial or seat bones. Sitting on your seat bones provides an ideal platform for better power delivery, keeping the rider in the optimum position and also provides all day comfort, a necessity for Ironman or longer triathlon events and training. The technology reduces those numb and tingling sensations experienced with less anatomically designed saddles.

What is different with the Iron’s Flow cut-out is it is covered with a net like material, providing drainage and allowing wet kit to dry. Never sit on a soggy saddle again!

LORICA highly durable and abrasion resistant cover has been added, which is easy to clean, soft to touch and highly durable.

Carefully placed extra padding has been added for supreme support, all this results in the saddle for a multitude of distances and events.
