Benefitting from a revolutionary new 4-arm design the Dura Ace 9000 11 speed chainset is lighter and stiffer than the previous 7900 chainset, delivering an unparalleled weight-to-stifness ratio, utilises Hollowtech II construction. The 4-arm design allows for chainring combinations from 50-34 to 55-42t on the same spider.

BOTTOM BRACKET: SM-BB9000 - 68mm English

The new Shimano SM-BB9000 Bottom Bracket is lighter, smoother and more durable than the 7900 generation. Shimano have reduced the bearing size to bring down weight and decrease bearing friction. There is also a new sealing construction which Shimano claim reduces drag by 50% whilst improving the protection to the bearings.

SHIFTERS: ST-9070

Coming in 18 grams lighter than the 7970 shifters the Shimano ST-9070 11 speed STI Di2 levers benefit from a smaller, slimmer shape and overall ergonomic redesign. The 9070 levers offer significantly improved touch and feel and are able to provide a greater level of comfort to the rider. The levers have been lengthened slightly and the shift buttons are wider- catering to a broader range of hand size and bar shape.

BRAKES: BR-9000

Shimano BR-9000 brakes allow you to descend with confidence. Commonly seen as the single biggest upgrade in the 9000 series the BR9000 Brakes are undoubtably the best Shimano has ever made. Utilising a dual-pivot design and a pivot bearing system that reduces friction, the BR-9000 brakes offer amazing stopping power (10% improvement over 7900) with a lighter feel and increased modulation.

CHAIN: CN-9000

The Shimano CN-9000 11 speed chain features hollow pin design and PTFE treatment. The CN-9000 now has a symmetrical design which means that there is no longer a specific direction to the chain, making installation simpler. The chain is now thinner to accomodate for a larger 11 speed cassette and shaves 11 grams off the previous generation, and Shimano claim that due to the PTFE treatment the CN-9000 is also now 20% more durable.

CASSETTE: CS-9000 - 11.25

When Shimano moved from the 10 speed to 11 speed they wanted to add the extra sprocket without adding any weight. To achieve greater weight efficiency Shimano has constructed all from 16t and up from titanium and the mid-spider carrier is now carbon.

REAR DERAILLEUR: RD-9070

The new Shimano RD-9070 Di2 rear derailleur is sleeker, more compact, lighter and more precise than it's predecesor the RD-7970. The Di2 9070 derailleur enables effortless quick shifting up or down the cassette and benefits from the predictability and responsiveness that electronic shifting brings.

FRONT DERAILLEUR: FD-9070

The Shimano FD-9070 Di2 front derailleur offers smooth, quick, precise and predictable front shifting with the added benefit of autommatic trimming. The FD-9070 will move in response to the position of the chain on the casette, this automatic adjustment eliminates chain rub, leaving you to enjoy your ride without the distraction of a noisy drivetrain. The 9070 features a more compact design over the 7970, featuring simpler, cleaner looking cable routing.

BATTERY: SM-BTR2-1

The Shimano SM-BTR2 internal Di2 battery allows you to conceal the unit with the seat tube or down tube of your bike for a clean look and better protection from the elements. The SM-BTR2 battery still has the same battery life of its predecessor (around 1,000 miles), but is now 15 grams lighter.

BATTERY CHARGER: SM-BCR2

Charger for the SM-BTR2 internal Di2 battery. Enables the internal battery to be charged from the handlebar junction, with a full charge achieved in 90 minutes. The SM-BCR2 can also be used when completing firmware updates when linked to E-tube software on your computer.

JUNCTION A: SM-EW90

The Shimano E-Tube Cockpit Junction Box mounts directly blow the handlebar and makes adding additional shifters possible. The SM-EW90 also features a charging port for the SM-BTR2-1 internal battery.

JUNCTION B: SM-JC41

The SM-JC41 internal junction box connects the rear mech, front mech, battery, and cable to battery indicator junction box. It is concealed out of sight within the frame tubing.

CABLES: EWSD50 - 350mm x2, 300mm, 600mm, 700mm, 1000mm

Waterproof cables for Shimano Di2 shifting components. They connect the Di2 components with the junction boxes. Easy plug and play system to connect the cables.

GROMMETS: SM-GM01

Gromets to protect the wires as the enter they frame and prevent snagging.
