A full FACT carbon frame is at the base of this beautifully designed bike, producing the lightweight yet stiff ride we all crave. A lighter frame can sometimes reduce rigidity, but with Specialized’s in-house developed FACT carbon, this bike couldn’t be stiffer. The female specific geometry offers a taller head tube, longer seatstays and a shorter top tube, which is great news for the more petite rider.

Specialized understand the need for women’s specific geometry where other manufacturers don’t. With women’s specific contact points, it’s no wonder the Specialized Ruby is the go-to bike for road cycling enthusiasts who want that extra bit of comfort in their ride without sacrificing performance.

Specialized’s very own Zertz inserts vibration dampers are integrated within the forks and chainstays which reduce vibrations through the wrists and torso, making for a much smoother ride.

SRAM Rival 22 11-speed gearing provides accurate and reliably speedy gear changes and with a 34/50 ratio on the front, together with an 11/32, you’ll be able to battle any gradient you set your eyes upon.

SRAM Rival hydraulic disc brakes give more than enough stopping power when you need it most. A perfect accompaniment if you’re looking to take on longer rides with some climbs along the way.

These small, yet noticeable changes on the Ruby equate to a more upright position, which injects a degree of comfort as you would expect to see on an endurance bike.
