If you are fed up of arriving at work a tired, sweaty mess why not try an electric bike. The Specialized Turbo Electric Bike is made from smooth welded aluminium, which houses the integrated down tube battery. Full size 700c wheels are paired with Specialized Electrak Armadillo tyres and an LED charge indicator has been added to alert you to battery life.

The alloy fork is strong and responsive, even at top speed and comes with mudguard eyelets. The Specialized Body Geometry Turbo saddle provides a comfortable and supportive ride and the Direct Drive motor, built into the rear hub, offers a smooth ride, whatever the gradient or terrain.

Cutting edge, the Turbo uses a wireless display, which illuminates to show you all the crucial ride data.

A reliable Li-Ion battery is powerful, charges fully in 3 hours and comes with a custom Specialized charger, which accelerates you up to the, UK limited, 25 kmph top speed.

This rapid machine requires good brakes and the Formula C1 dual pistons offer assured braking performance, whatever the conditions.

You cannot rely soley on the motor, so the SRAM 10-speed groupset is a welcome addition, shifting fast and precisely. Specialized add the finishing touches to the Turbo, with a flat handlebar, 3D forged alloy stem and alloy seat post.
