Zipp Vuka R2C Aero Shifter for Shimano 10 Speed
The Zipp Vuka R2C Aero Shifter for Shimano 10spd is the perfect finishing touch to your aero bar setup and provides silky smooth, aerodynamic and stylish shifting for Shimano 10-speed drivetrains.
The R2C name is in reference to it's return to centre operation, where the shifter returns to it's original position after every shift, for perfect aerodynamics and ergonomic functionality.
An extensively tested and well thought out design, the Vuka R2C has been used both in the Tour de France and Kona Ironman events to good effect.
The plug-in shifter design is easy to install with the 4 millimetre bolt that attaches the shifter to the shifter boss and then simply slots into the aerobar. Both easy to use and fast with tests concluding the R2C lever can shave off 6 seconds in a 40 kilometre event.
A truly versatile shifter that has been designed with the Zipp VukaShift extensions in mind but can also be used on a wide range of other aerobars.
Position can be adjusted to suit the individual's preference via the 5 millimetre bolt that dictates the angle of operation. It is worth noting though this bolt must NEVER be removed.
