A few cases of separating fork steerer tubes have been brought to the company's attention.
Testing confirmed that the product meets industry standards; however, a small number of heavy-duty gravel riders have experienced issues under certain conditions.
BMC Switzerland has decided to replace the affected fork with a more robust version.
Riders are advised to stop riding the affected models listed on this page. They should visit their BMC Retailer, who will determine if their fork requires replacement and carry out the exchange if necessary.
BMC Switzerland apologizes for the inconvenience and will do its best to resolve each case as quickly as possible.
