MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Location: Head office/Hybrid

Reporting to: Marketing Manager / Head of Marketing / Head of Brand

Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in driving both Sigma Sports and Universal Colours marketing strategies and campaigns, ensuring brand awareness and customer engagement across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and analysing marketing activities that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

 

● Content Creation: Assist in writing and editing engaging content for websites, blogs, newsletters, and social media platforms.

Social Media Management: Assist in overseeing company social media accounts, ensuring timely content delivery, community engagement.

● Market Research: Provide feedback from events and other marketing channels to help form future decisions.

● Performance Tracking: Assist Monitor and analyse marketing campaign performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights, and email marketing software.

● Event Support: Help plan and execute marketing activities for events, trade shows, and webinars.

● Collaboration: Work closely with the design, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and business goals.

● Brand Management: Support in maintaining and enhancing the company’s brand image and voice in all marketing materials and activities.

● Logistics and Support: Assist with placing orders, coordinating with vendors, managing marketing materials and inventory, handling event logistics, and providing general administrative support to the marketing team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

 

● Content Creation: Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with experience in creating content for different platforms. Preferably proficient with a camera.

● Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse data and campaign performance to drive decision-making.

● Creativity: A creative thinker with the ability to generate ideas for engaging campaigns.

● Project Management: Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

● Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

● Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, nimble and dynamic environment and manage changing priorities.
