Road handlebars do not get much faster than the 3T Aerotundo LTD Carbon Handlebar 2015. Designed to compliment aero road bikes, the Aerotundo combines a traditional round road drop with state of the art aerodynamic tops. No wonder this is the bar of choice for many of professional cycling's fastest road men.

Extensively tested in the wind tunnel, the aerofoil tops are optimised to produce the least drag possible, whilst still complying with UCI rules. Adding to the bar's aerodynamic credentials is the internal cable routing. This works with electronic or mechanical gear systems and adds to the Aerotundo's sleek appearance.

Taking design cues from 3T's more traditional Rotundo handlebar, the Aerotundo uses the same medium-deep, square 139 millimetre drop.

Not just fast, the handlebar is also incredibly strong as it is made from stiff high modulus, unidirectional carbon fibre. This material is lightweight, with the 42 centimetre wide bar weighing just 185 grams.

Pair with a range of stems, the Aerotundo uses a 31.8 millimetre clamp area. Dialling your position in perfectly, the 113 millimetre reach can put you long and low over the front wheel.

If the Aerotundo was not fast enough it is also designed to fit clip-on aero bars, ideal for time trials or triathlons.

A Uni-directional (UD) gloss black design adds a finishing touch to what is one of the fastest road handlebars on the market.
