Amacx 1:0.8 Turbo Chew Energy Bar (1 x 50g)

The Amacx 1:0.8 Turbo Chew Energy Bar has been formulated to deliver carbohydrates quickly and efficiently, supporting your performance when you're placing high energy demands on your body.

Each Turbo Chew Energy Bar contains 40 grams of carbohydrates in a 1:0.8 ratio between glucose and fructose. This precise carb ratio ensures that you’re able to absorb and utilise a very high carbohydrate intake during exercise (up to 100-120 grams per hour once gut-trained). The bar is also low in fat, protein & fibre, ensuring such high energy intake is feasible.

The composition of the bar is also tuned to be complementary to other products in the Amacx Turbo Line, letting you build the ideal nutrition strategy to suit the demands of your training and racing.

Recommended usage:

Eat 1-2 bars per hour during exercise. Use depends on personal carbohydrate requirements and exercise intensity.

Ingredients: Glucose syrup, fructose syrup, gelling agent (pectin), flavouring (lemon), acidity regulators (citric acid and sodium citrate), maltodextrin, glazing agent (coconut oil and carnauba wax), natural colouring agent (beta-carotene).
