EQUIPE RSR BIB SHORTS S11
The Assos Equipe RSR Bib Shorts S11 sit at the peak of the Assos Racing Range. These bib shorts are engineered to optimise your performance during high-intensity ultra-endurance events, utilising the most compressive fabrics, the highest-comfort seat pad and an aggressively aero fit.
Large muscle groups are wrapped in Assos’ most compressive Kompressor material to date, Type.959Kompressor textile. This provides impressive support to hard-working muscles, reducing the accumulated fatigue from micro-vibrations during prolonged periods of high-intensity riding. Around the seat and core a lighter Type.911 textile relieves pressure in sensitive areas and the deep black colour remains even when stretched. Both fabrics are body-mapped to give you the very best comfort and stability while a zeroPressure waist design allows for optimal flexibility for aggressive riding positions.
Integrated anti-slip yarns are woven into the Kompressor fabric, providing a seamless and barely noticeable grip around the thighs. Meanwhile, the X-Frame bib straps prevent sagging while supporting and stabilising the seat insert so it’s always held where it needs to be.
RSR S11 Seat Pad
The RSR S11 Seat Pad is engineered for racing comfort. It features a two-layer system with 9mm of foam plus 4mm ultraDistance inserts under the seat bones for targeted support. Its thermoformed design eliminates ridges and irritation, while the 3D Waffle, a patented three-layer perforated foam, enhances breathability and reduces weight. The goldenGate 2.0 construction allows the pad to move with the body, minimising friction, and new cut-outs on the wings further reduce resistance during pedalling.
KraterCool perforations draw cooling air in for ventilation, while whirlKrater perforations distribute airflow to keep the pad dry and breathable. The Mineral Tec Surface is ultrasmooth, reduces friction, and provides odour control with quick-drying properties for enduring comfort.
