CNP Elite Gel Max has been developed with Team Sky and British Cycling to provide the highest quality energy during exercise using a 5:1 ratio of maltodextrin to fructose for optimum carbohydrate delivery to working muscles. Available in two great flavours and weighing only 45g per serving.
As an endurance athlete CNP recommend that you consume between 60-90g of carbohydrate per hour to ensure you remain suitably fuelled for performance.
