Campagnolo Record 11s EPS Front Derailleur

Campagnolo Record® EPS is the second-lightest electronic groupset available on the market right after Super Record® EPS. The drivetrain used by professionals to face the long season of great stage competitions and the classic races of the North. The EPS derailleur interacts with the mechanical chainset and enhances the elevated derailleur speed and precision made possible with X.P.S.S. technology. The 8 special upward zones and 2 downward zones for the chainrings associated to the speed and precision of the new EPS derailleur guarantee top performance.

The core of the derailleur is composed of an electronic actuator; in turn composed of a gear motor with a built-in resolver that uses Magnetic Hall Sensor technology (as the sensor is not in contact it is not affected by the vibrations generated by the terrain, and is therefore always precise).

EPS derailleur regulation is fully electronic and does not include any type of mechanical regulation. This means that there are no screws to adjust the mechanical limit switch of the derailleur. There are two ways of adjusting the derailleur: Zero Setting and Riding Setting. The EPS derailleur is equipped with a very sophisticated electronic Automatic Position Correction System. The derailleur is completely waterproof.

If the braze-on mounting boss is in carbon fibre on a carbon fibre frame, we suggest you add the front derailleur stiffness increaser.

Note: Due to the technical aspect of EPS, we strongly suggest that you have it fitted by our workshop. Our mechanics are fully trained in all areas including EPS. If this isn't possible then please use a registered Campagnolo EPS trained mechanic who should also fill out an online Campagnolo installation form which will record the details of the build and help with any warranty problems. Failure to comply to these conditions will void any warranty.
