Leave your competitors in your wake with the Cervelo P5 Frameset 2017. In a dynamic red and white colour scheme, this is one of the fastest bikes on the planet. Designed using Formula 1-level Computational Fluid Dynamics software (CFD). Numbers do not lie and after extensive wind tunnel testing, the P5 has been proven to be between six to eleven watts faster than other so-called “superbikes”.

Exceptionally fast against the clock, Aerozone™ tuned, the frameset sits flush against the rear wheel with an extended tube cutout, for enhanced aerodynamic efficiency. The top tube mounts are perfect for attaching an XLab Stealth Pocket 300 to, for storing all your items of nutrition.

Streamlined and cutting through the wind fast, with the help of an Aerozone&trade design, which optimises the channel of airflow. In numbers this equates to a 30 second saving over 40 kilometres. ComfortPly™ technology makes this the ideal frameset for long days in the saddle, whether that be training for or competing in an Ironman event or a long distance triathlon. This technology dampens road buzz and smooths out the ride.

It is not just a bike for triathletes though, as Team Garmin-Sharp have proved this frameset is exceptionally quick against the clock in some of the world's biggest time trials.

Every aerodynamic advantage has been considered when designing the P5 and with the aero cable management you can be safe in the knowledge that the brake and derailleur cables will not be obtrusive in the wind. This innovative cabling runs down to the base of the frame, with a reduced friction bottom bracket guide allowing for smooth gear change.

Cervelo did not just stop at the frame, they developed a sharp handling, stiff and responsive all carbon fibre fork and bladed aerodynamic seatpost as well. This rapid frameset deserves just as fast finishing kit and the inclusion of a 3T Aduro aero bar ticks this box perfectly. Aerodynamic, adjustable and looking great. The Aduro is the ideal base for mounting the Magura RT8 brake levers. These levers power the RT8 TT brake calipers, a hydraulic brake system designed to fit flush on the frame and fork, with the rear mounted underneath the chainstay for added aerodynamic efficiency.
