Cinelli’s highly adaptable Tutto Plus Frameset uses a Columbus Cromor steel tubeset and fork with a rear-facing dropout, derailleur hanger, removable V-brake studs, rack and mudguard mounts.

This means that it can be built up into anything from a fixed gear crit racer to a daily commuter.

Cinelli Tutto Plus Frameset 2020

The Tutto Plus Frameset from Cinelli is a versatile platform which brings with it the feel of a steel frame and fork. The frame can fit 45mm tyres and has a rear-facing dropout suitable for use with a single gear. It also has a derailleur hanger and cable stops for adding gears and can take mudguards and even a rack for use commuting or touring.
