Crank Brothers Candy 3 Double Sided Pedals
The Crank Brothers Candy 2 Double Sided Pedals have been designed for a range of disciplines, from all-out mountain bikers and cyclocross riders all the way through to commuters and road riders who need a greater pedal surface area for enhanced stability.
A four point cleat engagement system inspires confidence, making it easier to clip in and creates a positive engagement, rather than spending your time trying to clip in whilst you slow down and lose balance. Incorporating a customisable release angle of 15° to 20° and a customisable float makes it easier to clip out from the pedals, but they stay strong enough to not lose contact when applying immense surges of power. The adjustable float ensures achieving the perfect position when riding is easy, giving the freedom of movement around the knee.
Crank Brothers use their left and right cleat system with the Candy 3 Double Sided Pedals, which uses a small indent in the cleats to show which cleat is which. If you use the indented cleat on the right foot, you have a 15° release angle, whilst if you use it on the left, you’ll get a 20° release angle.
