Crammed full of natural goodness from a sustainable source, the Crobar Protein Bar features a blend of tasty ingredients, making it a great option fro athletes who want a break from the tedium of traditional protein bars.

Where Crobar have made the real breakthrough is with their cricket flour. Crickets are a sustainable and efficient means of getting protein as well as several other essential vitamins and minerals including iron and vitamin B12. Cricket protein also contains all the same essential amino acids that are found in animal protein but with half the amount of fat.

This bar is not just made of crickets, though. In fact, cricket flour only makes up 6% of the bar's composition. The vast majority of the bar is made up of scrumptious natural and nutritious ingredients like nuts, dates, sultanas and chia seeds, which help to make this bar a delectable pre, during or post-exercise snack.
