The double-layer upper does a great job of keeping out rain, wind and road spray with the softshell outer and water-resistant zip protecting the knit inner shoe. This combination not only staves off bad weather but is also very breathable so that any moisture that is generated can escape rather than causing chilly feet. It also allows the shoes to feel lighter and less cumbersome than most winter-orientated footwear.

The internal shoe uses a single Li2 Boa for a snug, secure closure that can be easily adjusted for a perfect fit and has a Nylon Composite outsole for a stiff, responsive and efficient feel on the pedals.
