Finish your road, time trial or triathlon bike off in style with the Fizik Cyrano R3 Seatpost. The Italian company's high end aluminium post is made from from a lightweight and strong aluminium Ergal. This means the post tips the scales at just 235 grams.

Positioning your saddle in the optimum position is a simple task as the post accommodates up to 25 millimetres of setback. The top of the saddle clamp's smooth profile means the post will not impede saddles which flex at the base. If you want to sit over the bottom bracket the seatpost can be swivelled round and used back to front. This is especially useful for time trials and triathlons, where the rider wants to be in the more efficient position to deliver the power to the pedals.

A durable design, the R3 Seatpost uses steel bolts, while the seat clamp's parts have been triple heat treated to improve corrosion resistance.
