Fizik R1 Uomo Men's Road Shoe 2015
Fizik's top-of-the-line R1 Road Shoe offers the discerning cyclist both comfort and performance in equal measures. Featuring a Kangaroo Leather upper, SIDAS 3D mouldable insoles and a super stiff carbon sole, the Fizik R1's have been designed without compromise, combining tradition with technology.
Fizik has constructed the upper of the R1 from super-soft, ultra-mouldable Kangaroo leather and nylon mesh. Kangaroo leather is an incredibly supple material that, when combined with the Pocket Construction tongue and Custom Mouldable Insoles, make a shoe that will fit perfectly to the shape of your foot. An incredibly light and breathable nylon mesh is also utilised in the upper to offer effective ventilation, even in the hottest of conditions.
The sole of the R1 is made from T700 Carbon Fibre- chosen for its supreme stiffness- maximising power transfer through the pedals and increasing performance.
An oversized Carbon buckle and Kevlar reinforced sailcloth straps ensure a secure and comfortable fit, that is easily adjusted whilst on the bike to guarantee comfort throughout your ride.
