Focus Mares AL 105 Cyclocross Bike
The Focus Mares AL 105 Cyclocross Bike is a solid and robust performer that offers a good level of performance to the rider looking to really invest in their experience on the cyclocross course. With a quality 7005 aluminium frame and a carbon front fork, this is a relatively light and tough frame that offers smooth, compliant riding.
The full Shimano 105 groupset delivers accurate and reliable shifting across the 22 gears available. The 11-28 tooth cassette combines with the 46/36 tooth chainset to deliver gearing ratios perfect for the steep inclines commonly found on cyclocross courses.
Equipped with two Shimano WH-RS170 centre-lock disc clincher wheels, a 28 spoke front and rear configuration allows for a sturdy and confidence-inspiring performance. Making use of 35mm Continental Race King CX tyres, you can get better traction and grip in the tighter turns. Finished with a Velo VL-1489 saddle and BBB components, this bike is well equipped to deliver on tricky and technical courses, whilst also offering you a go-anywhere feel so you can tackle different terrains should you so wish.

Built, Checked, Tuned and Tested
All our bikes are fully built, checked, tuned and tested by our Cytech qualified mechanics and then securely packaged, ready for delivery. All you have to do is add the pedals (if included), attach the handlebars to the stem and tighten them following the included detailed instructions or by watching our video and using the provided FREE tools. All bikes collected from our shop, are built, tested and ready to ride. For hassle-free home delivery and bike set-up from a qualified mechanic use our Premier Delivery Service.
Please note, occasionally, manufacturers may change the specification without notice. Bicycles do not come with pedals unless otherwise specified. Bikes ordered for delivery will not arrive with the pedals installed, please refer to the owners manual and pedal installation guides provided for guidance. We do not install accessories to bikes, including mudguards. Bikes ordered for delivery that have tubeless compatible tyres and rims will arrive with inner tubes installed or with tubeless valves installed, this will be brand dependent. Sealant is available to be purchased separately.
