Key to this electric bike's boost is the combination of a Yamaha PW-X3 250w, 85Nm motor and an InTube 720Wh battery. Assistance is smooth and natural feeling and offers a good range for big days on the trails. The system has a maximum electric assisted speed limit of 15.5mph / 25kph. Connecting to a Yamaha Side Switch display, you get a crystal clear view of speed, battery life and mode, and can change between the five modes at the press of a button.
A Shimano Deore drivetrain in a 1x configuration simplifies shifting and the wide sprocket range means there is a gear for the steepest climbs and the fastest descents. Hydraulic disc brakes maximise stopping power at speed and in all conditions.
