Optimised for electric mountain bikes, the Mavic E-Deemax S30 29" 6-Bolt Disc MTB Wheelset caters to the additional demands posed by the added weight of a motor and battery. Built with stiffness at the forefront of their design, the wide, 30mm internal rim width boosts rigidity for precise tracking in rough terrain, whilst the three-cross spoke lacing further enhances lateral stability.
Fully sealed to eliminate the need for rim tape, the rims use Mavic’s proprietary Fore tubeless technology, which sees the upper rim bridge stay intact for supreme stiffness and durability. Specifically designed for electric bikes, the Pinch Flat Protection rims feature a wider sidewall top, reducing the risk of the rim cutting through the wheel. A double ratchet system ensures rapid pickup for fast acceleration, and the Black Shield treatment resists scratches on the rim.
