Mavic Open Pro Rim Silver
A long tried and trusted choice, the Mavic Open Pro Rim Silver is ideal for a multitude of uses. A sub 450 gram silver rim with eye-catching Mavic and Open Pro graphics. Available in either 28, 32 or 36 hole variations, the clincher rim can be paired with a range of hubs and spokes.
The special Maxtal alloy aluminium rim is an exclusive Mavic material and creates a rim that is 30% more resistant than traditional 6106 alloy rims. Held together using SUP joints (coming from the Frech "Souder ", means the joints are welded rather than pinned) for added strength, this is a traditionally drilled rim. Featuring a UB (Usiné Brut - precisely CNC machined) Control brake track, this offers excellent braking in both the dry and the wet and wears slower than conventional brake tracks.
A low profile design, ideal for climbing, this is a perfect option for a winter or summer bike.
The Mavic Open Pro Rim Silver is compatible with tyre widths ranging from 19 to 28 millimetres and comes in a 700c diameter.
