The Extreme XC Mountain Bike Shoes are especially suited for going off road and feature a superlight carbon XC sole sat on top of abrasion resistant Michelin rubber inserts, making for great traction when unclipped and running at a clip to get up that hill.
Ventilatory issues concerned, the upper is made from a perforated microfibre that ensures air channels remain open, and that your toes are in total comfort even when the sun beats at its best. With integrated heel cup and an Extreme Air Evo footbed, comfort again is king, and you can be sure that your pedal stroke won't have you wriggling out of your shoe.
Making use of a twin SLW2 dial, adjustment is only ever one small touch away, whilst the addition of one lower toe strap spreads pressure evenly across the shoe to ensure that your foot is held in place rather than being tied down.
