The women’s Active Hydration drink works against many of the hormonal effects that are found in the menstrual cycle. The month for a women’s body can be split in two, with the first two weeks it performing very much like a man’s physiological system, keeping a low hormonal state, then in the second it reverts to a high hormonal state.
