Developed with nutritionists and pro cycling teams, the Duo Bar tastes great, is easily digested and each half (pre-cut) delivers 20 grams of carbohydrates. The orange energy gel contains real fruit (from concentrates) and has a delicious lemon and lime flavour. Providing you with 20 grams of carbohydrates, this gel is easy to consume mid-ride.

The pack includes a 750ml bottle so you've got plenty of water to keep you hydrated. Add a Blackcurrant Hydro Tab to replace the salts lost during exercise. These tablets have a light and refreshing taste for ease of consumption.
