Rondo Ruut AL 1 Disc Gravel Bike 2022
A rapid off-road option, Rondo's Ruut AL 1 Disc Gravel Bike combines a well-featured aluminium frame with a variable geometry fork, making it versatile and fun.
The frame has multiple bottle cage mounts, mudguard fixings and luggage carrying potential for multi-day trips whilst the fork’s chip can be switched around to steepen or slacken the head tube angle so that the handling can be adapted to the task at hand or personal preference. There is clearance for tyres up to 45mm wide with 700c wheels, or 2.2” rubber if 650b wheels are used, giving further scope for further adaptation.
SRAM’s Apex 1 drivetrain provides 1x simplicity and reliability, with the large paddles well suited to use with long-fingered gloves. SRAM also provides the powerful hydraulic disc brakes that add confidence and control in all trail conditions. The 40c Vittoria Terreno Dry tyres offer a good balance of off-road grip and on-road speed, with enough volume for some extra comfort when things get a bit bumpy.

Built, Checked, Tuned and Tested
All our bikes are fully built, checked, tuned and tested by our Cytech qualified mechanics and then securely packaged, ready for delivery. All you have to do is add the pedals (if included), attach the handlebars to the stem and tighten them following the included detailed instructions or by watching our video and using the provided FREE tools. All bikes collected from our shop, are built, tested and ready to ride. For hassle-free home delivery and bike set-up from a qualified mechanic use our Premier Delivery Service.
Please note, occasionally, manufacturers may change the specification without notice. Bicycles do not come with pedals unless otherwise specified. Bikes ordered for delivery will not arrive with the pedals installed, please refer to the owners manual and pedal installation guides provided for guidance. We do not install accessories to bikes, including mudguards. Bikes ordered for delivery that have tubeless compatible tyres and rims will arrive with inner tubes installed or with tubeless valves installed, this will be brand dependent. Sealant is available to be purchased separately.
