The Chameleon 7 AL Frame is a highly versatile hardtail from Santa Cruz that is ready to be built up in a myriad of ways, for sessioning jump lines, blasting local singletrack loops or even multi-day treks. The Chameleon always was known as a playful bike, but now it has matured a little and offers a wider range of attributes without forgetting its roots.

The frame can be used with forks between 120 and 140mm, and has a swappable dropout system which can accommodate wheels up to 29x2.5” or 27.5x3.0”, depending on the bike’s intended purpose. A threaded bottom bracket shell makes maintenance simpler and reduces the potential for creaks whilst the inclusion of triple bottle cage bosses below the downtube allows for bigger bottle or loads to be carried on bikepacking trips.
