Santa Cruz Chameleon 7 C Mountain Bike Frame 2021
The Santa Cruz Chameleon 7 C Mountain Bike Frame is just as spritely and versatile as the aluminium version, but in lighter weight carbon for an even more sublime ride. Whilst it still keeps true to its hardcore hardtail roots, this seventh iteration now has more strings to its bow than ever, with the ability to turn its hand to dirt jumps, techy singletrack and overnight adventures.
The switchable dropouts (sold separately) mean that it can be used as a 29er for long or fast cross-country rides, or with wide 27.5” wheels when used on burlier terrain, giving the option to tailor the build to best suit the rider. Triple downtube bosses allow a large bottle or luggage to be carried if used for bikepacking and the threaded bottom bracket shell will be a welcome sight for home mechanics.
