Shimano Dura-Ace 9100 C60 Carbon Clincher Front Wheel
The Shimano Dura-Ace 9100 C60 Carbon Clincher Front Wheel personifies speed thanks to the deep 50mm rim depth and all-carbon rim construction. The all-carbon rim construction and braking surface offers excellent stiffness and aerodynamic performance while the carbon braking surface has been specially designed to perform in the wet and the dry, as it features water displacement technology.
With the rim depth set at 60mm, this is a great option for time trial and triathlon riders or those focusing on speed in flat sprints or criteriums. With rims this deep, stability is of the utmost importance. Thankfully the 24mm rim width helps to boost the tyre contact surface, which not only helps to elevate traction but also cornering stability and rolling speed.
Stiffness, strength and lightness are enhanced by the cold forged aluminium hub with an oversized 7075 alloy axle. This hub shell, the unique Borozon bearing races and digital click bearings ensure the hub is durable and very easy to maintain.
