An optimised tri-specific design makes all the difference in T1 and out on the bike. The Sidi T-4 Air Carbon Composite Womens Triathlon Shoes offer just this, with a breathable and comfortable shoe that seeks to elevate your pedalling performance.

The Twelve Carbon Composite sole offers optimised power transmission and flexibility in the forefoot, ensuring you maximise the power that is transferred down into the road. The carbon-reinforced nylon sole has a three-cleat bolt mounting system with a scale for correct positioning.

A synthetic polyester makes up the breathable upper. This allows you foot to breathe and for any moisture left over from the swim section to wick and drain away. Inside the shoe the plush interior ensures comfort when you are not wearing socks.

On the rear of the shoe, the reinforced heel cup helps to hold your foot in the optimal position and they also help to keep the shoe's shape and stiffness through prolonged extreme use. The added heel loop also means getting the shoes on in a hurry at T1 is an easier prospect.

Two high security Velcro straps ensure you foot stays securely in place and that fastening, while the shoe is clipped into the pedal, is easy.
