Specialized S-Works Epic Evo Mountain Bike Frame 2021
Specialized’s S-Works Epic Evo Mountain Bike Frame is the bigger brother to the all-conquering Epic XC race machine. With 10mm more travel and a slacker 66.5° head angle, the Epic Evo is designed for longer, harder rides without sacrificing any of the Epic’s speed. Eschewing the Brain controlled rear shock in favour of a plusher RockShox SID LUXE ULTIMATE unit, it is a bike that relishes multi-hour rides over tough terrain or marathon style races where the extra comfort and control afforded by the Progressive XC Geometry and added travel means less fatigue and faster times.
FACT 12m carbon keeps the frame as stiff and light as possible, and there is a Flip-Chip in the linkages that can be flipped over to raise the bottom bracket 6mm and steepen the head angle by 0.5° should personal preference require it.
