Designed for the active woman rider who wants road bike handling, pace and weight with the comfort and versatility of a hybrid. Fast, with Specialized's acclaimed E5 Premium Aluminium frame and FACT carbon disc forks but also practical with rack mounting capabilities and powerful Tektro Gemini hydraulic disc brakes.
Specialized understand this is a bike for women who like to stay fit and active and who demand performance and reliability from their bikes. The new E5 Premium Alumnium frame offers Specialized's Women's Fitness Geometry. A good balance between outright speed and practicality with the female rider shape and characteristics taken into account.
The inclusion of a FACT carbon disc fork means the Vita's handling is second to none. Lightweight, durable and direct, just what is required for pounding the roads and towpaths.
Handling is further enhanced with Specialized Espoir Sport Reflect tyres. Providing good levels of grip, durability and puncture resistance. The 'Reflect' element is ideal for evening or lowlight rides where visibility is key.
Comfort is catered for with Specialized Body Geometry Contour Women's lock-on grips. Designed specifically to fit the smaller female hand, these soften the ride, reducing road buzz and vibrations and improve control.
This is one fast hybrid but speed is only useful if you can also stop when required. Tektro Gemini hydraulic disc brakes are powerful, direct and reliable, ideal for both dry and wet weather riding.
A bike for all terrains, with a 9-speed Shimano Sora derailleur providing the rider with numerous gear options, whether flying down a descent or powering up a climb. This is all simply controlled through the touch of the button for precise and predictable shifting.
To finish off what is a sensational bike, Specialized have included a Body Geometry Women's Riva Comp saddle. A pure women's specific saddle offering carefully placed padding and support. So whether you are doing a quick spin round to your local shop or heading off for a 60 mile hilly sportive you can be safe in the knowledge you will be in for a comfortable ride.

Technical Specification
Built, Checked, Tuned and Tested
All our bikes are fully built, checked, tuned and tested by our Cytech qualified mechanics and then securely packaged, ready for delivery. All you have to do is add the pedals (if included), attach the handlebars to the stem and tighten them following the included detailed instructions or by watching our video and using the provided FREE tools. Visit our Bike Assembly page to see how you assemble your new bike once you receive it.
All bikes collected from our shop, are built, tested and ready to ride. For hassle-free home delivery and bike set-up from a qualified mechanic use our Premier Delivery Service.
Please note, occasionally, manufacturers may change the specification without notice. Bicycles do not come with pedals unless otherwise specified. Bikes ordered for delivery will not arrive with the pedals installed, please refer to the owners manual and pedal installation guides provided for guidance. We do not install accessories to bikes, including mudguards. Bikes ordered for delivery that have tubeless compatible tyres and rims will arrive with inner tubes installed or with tubeless valves installed, this will be brand dependent. Sealant is available to be purchased separately.
