Styrkr's BAR50 Energy Bar provides a comprehensive energy boost and helps prevent fatigue during endurance sports. Each bar is perfectly balanced with carbohydrates, proteins, fats, and fibre, and comes in three delicious flavours. Electrolytes are included to replenish the salt lost through perspiration.

These bars are based on rice cakes but have been updated for improved density and texture. They are vegan and gluten-free, making them suitable for most athletes, and their compact size allows for easy storage in a jersey pocket. Soft and chewy, the bars are easy to digest and gentle on the stomach.
