The Training Kit is the ultimate way to sample Styrkr products during training. 

Styrkr doesn’t just provide effective carbohydrate fuelling; it includes active ingredients like L-glutamine to reduce blood ammonia accumulation during exercise. This helps lessen fatigue and enhance overall performance, allowing athletes to push their limits.

The drink mixes and gels are crafted with two transportable carbohydrates – maltodextrin and fructose – in a 1:0.8 ratio. This specific balance improves the exogenous carbohydrate oxidation rate while minimising gut discomfort, outperforming ratios of 1:1.25 and 2:1.
