TORQ’s multi award-winning energy gels deliver 30g (120 Kcal) of multi-transportable carbohydrates in a research-proven 2:1 formulation. This allows for the consumption of up to three TORQ gels per hour without the risk of gastric distress, when used as part of the TORQ Fuelling System.
