The Trek CrossRip 1 Disc Adventure Road Bike 2017 is the perfect bike to get your foot into the door of adventure riding. Whether that be the morning commute to heading out into the hills over the weekend, the CrossRip 1 has the right blend of durable componentry and a lightweight frame.
The frame hosts a variety of features to push your ride enjoyment and performance to the next level, such as internal cable routing, which enhances the durability and longevity of your components, and rack and mudguard mounts which provide enough strength to carry everything you could want on your next adventure.
The Shimano Sora 3500 groupset provides a wide range of gearing to get you up the most testing of climbs and firing along the flats. Sora 3500 is known for its durability, but when things need adjusting, the easy to maintain components are ideal for quick-fixes on the roadside.
Bontrager H5 700x32c tyres provide ample levels of grip, whilst also enhancing puncture resistance. The Formula wheelset with Bontrager Tubeless Ready Rims remains stiff and strong for sprinting out the saddle and are easily converted to tubeless.

Built, Checked, Tuned and Tested
All our bikes are fully built, checked, tuned and tested by our Cytech qualified mechanics and then securely packaged, ready for delivery. All you have to do is add the pedals (if included), attach the handlebars to the stem and tighten them following the included detailed instructions or by watching our video and using the provided FREE tools. All bikes collected from our shop, are built, tested and ready to ride. For hassle-free home delivery and bike set-up from a qualified mechanic use our Premier Delivery Service.
Please note, occasionally, manufacturers may change the specification without notice. Bicycles do not come with pedals unless otherwise specified. Bikes ordered for delivery will not arrive with the pedals installed, please refer to the owners manual and pedal installation guides provided for guidance. We do not install accessories to bikes, including mudguards. Bikes ordered for delivery that have tubeless compatible tyres and rims will arrive with inner tubes installed or with tubeless valves installed, this will be brand dependent. Sealant is available to be purchased separately.
