Built from high quality 200 Series Alpha Aluminium, the frame is then structured around Trek's superb Women's Specific Design (WSD) geometry. This specific tailoring to the female form allows women to ride better on a bike that fits properly.

Comfort does not just come from the geometry though, as the Lexa SLX also features Trek's IsoSpeed decoupler. Never ones to shy away from hard work, Trek spent eighteen months developing this phenomenal bit of technology that smooths even the roughest roads to promote performance by reducing the fatigue that occurs due to vibrations and impact.

Do not think that should you want to put in that race-winning move this bike will not support you. Features such as the wide and stiff BB86.5 bottom bracket ensure all of your efforts are transferred to speed. Additionally, the E2 head tube tapers from the 1.5" lower to 1-1/8' upper. The reason behind this is that it delivers the stiffness of a 1.5" system, but sheds the weight ultimately providing a more powerful and confident ride.

Trek know you are going to love this so much you will want to ride it all year and in all weathers, so have built in vanishing mudguards so that your new love for road cycling does not have to be such a wet passion. Also integrated is the SpeedTrap sensor into the fork for no aerodynamic impact when you want to know just how fast this bike is allowing you to go.
