Trek Top Fuel 9.8 GX AXS Mountain Bike 2021
Built to deliver speed on fast, flowing singletrack, the Trek Top Fuel 9.8 GX AXS Mountain Bike is a fun all-rounder for cross country and trail use. The frame is efficient on hills but does not turn down a techy descent, with its lightweight carbon construction offering stiffness and premium lightweight performance. With 115mm of suspension travel on offer, this bike provides a spritely feel with rapid acceleration and sublime handling.
A Straight Shot downtube enhances rigidity on technical terrain, while a knock-block headset limits the angle of bar rotation to protect the frame from damage. The wide Kovee Elite 30 wheels improve tyre support to enhance traction, with the ultralight carbon construction reducing rotational mass for speedy acceleration.
This bike receives a high-tech specification that includes the fully wireless SRAM GX AXS drivetrain. With its cable-free design, it is trivial to set up and can be customised to your preference through the use of the accompanying SRAM mobile application. The RockShox SID Select+ fork is supple through its 120mm of suspension travel, offering excellent traction on chattery terrain. It is coupled with a RockShox SID Luxe Ultimate rear shock for unrivalled adjustment, and both can be locked out with the Bontrager DropLock system.

Built, Checked, Tuned and Tested
All our bikes are fully built, checked, tuned and tested by our Cytech qualified mechanics and then securely packaged, ready for delivery. All you have to do is add the pedals (if included), attach the handlebars to the stem and tighten them following the included detailed instructions or by watching our video and using the provided FREE tools. All bikes collected from our shop, are built, tested and ready to ride. For hassle-free home delivery and bike set-up from a qualified mechanic use our Premier Delivery Service.
Please note, occasionally, manufacturers may change the specification without notice. Bicycles do not come with pedals unless otherwise specified. Bikes ordered for delivery will not arrive with the pedals installed, please refer to the owners manual and pedal installation guides provided for guidance. We do not install accessories to bikes, including mudguards. Bikes ordered for delivery that have tubeless compatible tyres and rims will arrive with inner tubes installed or with tubeless valves installed, this will be brand dependent. Sealant is available to be purchased separately.
